Nigerian footballer Aaron Kaave has completed a return to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), sealing a move to Kun Khalifat FC after  years of playing overseas.

Kaave previously featured for Garden City Panthers FC in Nigeria before embarking on an international career move.

He initially joined Nanook FC, a Turkish-owned Canadian football club project, as part of his development abroad. The 22-year-old later moved to Turkey to continue his professional journey.

However, his time outside the country was hampered by injuries, which limited his appearances and slowed his progress during that period.

Despite the challenges, Kaave has now secured a fresh opportunity back home. He completed his registration with Kun Khalifat FC before the close of the transfer window, making him eligible for selection for the remainder of the ongoing NPFL season.

An attacking midfielder who can also operate on the left wing, Kaave is widely regarded for his impressive passing range, dribbling skills, and high work rate. His versatility is expected to provide Kun Khalifat FC with additional attacking options as they push forward in the current campaign.

Excited club supporters are optimistic that the young midfielder will be in top form and make an immediate impact following his return to domestic football.
